Where are my reposts on TikTok? Finding your full repost history

Your reposts are not in Settings, not under Activity, and not in your liked videos. They live in a dedicated tab on your own profile — and once you know the icon, it takes about five seconds to reach.

   Tap Profile at the bottom-right of the app.

   Under your bio, avatar and follower counts is a row of small icons. The grid icon is your own posts; a heart is your liked videos; a bookmark is favorites.

   Two arrows forming a circle. That is Reposts. Tapping it shows every video you have reposted, most recent first.

If the Reposts tab is not there

Three explanations cover almost every case:

• You have no active reposts. The tab appears once you have at least one. If you have already cleared them all, it goes away again.
• Your app is out of date. Tab layouts move between versions. Update TikTok from the App Store or Google Play and reopen your profile.
• You are looking at someone else’s profile. Easy to do when you have arrived via a video rather than the bottom bar.

If you are confident you have reposts and the tab is still missing after an update, restarting the app clears it up more often than it should have to.

The problem with a long history

Finding the tab is easy. Working through it is not. The list loads in pages, so reaching a repost from two years ago means scrolling continuously until TikTok has fetched every page in between. On an account with a thousand-plus reposts that is several minutes of thumb-work before you have even seen the oldest item.

Three specific frictions come out of that:

• No search. You cannot look for a repost by creator or by caption. If you remember reposting something from one particular account, you scroll until you see it.
• No date filter. There is no way to ask for “everything older than 2024”.
• No stable position. Remove something and the list reloads, which on a long history means losing your place repeatedly.

Seeing the whole history at once

This is the gap UnReposter fills. It signs in on your device, pages through your full repost history in the background, and presents it as one list you can search, filter by age and multi-select — including the parts of the history that are technically reachable in TikTok but practically are not.

The list is built and held on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, which also means the entire history stays readable offline once it has loaded — a simple way to verify the claim for yourself.

Knowing how many you actually have

TikTok does not show a repost count anywhere. If you want a number before deciding whether a cleanup is worth it, the rough estimate most people find accurate is to count how many rows fill one screen of the Reposts tab, then multiply by how many screens it takes to reach the bottom.

The number matters, because it decides the method for you. Under about twenty and removing them by hand inside TikTok is fine; a few hundred and you are looking at an hour of tapping. The arithmetic is in how long it takes to delete your reposts.
