Support
Get help with UnReposter or with TikTok reposts generally: what to check first, how to report a problem so it can actually be fixed, and where to email us.
Check these first
Most reports come down to one of a small number of causes, and all of them are documented:
- Removals are failing or reposts come back
Usually a stale list or TikTok’s 24-hour removal limit. The guide works through every cause in order.
- You cannot find your reposts
The Reposts tab only appears when you have at least one active repost, and it lives on your profile rather than in settings.
- Questions about plans, limits or billing
Daily limits, cancellation and refunds are all covered in the FAQ.

Write to support@stockimg.ai. Including the following turns a report into something that can actually be diagnosed:
- Device and OS version — for example “iPhone 15, iOS 18.4”.
- The app version, from the profile screen.
- What you were doing when it went wrong, and what you expected instead.
- Roughly how many reposts you have, and whether removals were working earlier in the same session.
- A screenshot if there was an error message.
The app also has a built-in Report a Bug option on the profile screen, which sends the same details without you having to type them out.
Things we cannot do
- Lift TikTok’s own daily limit on repost removals. That ceiling is enforced on their side and resets with time.
- Restore reposts you have already removed, or recover a TikTok account.
- Reverse an App Store or Google Play refund decision — those are Apple’s and Google’s to make. See the refund policy.
